Surveillance

Evidence can be gathered by us using surveillance, either on a static or mobile basis, within the parameters of UK law. An investigator will discuss the viability of undertaking the most appropriate form of surveillance within your budgetary constraints prior to any commitment on your part.

Test purchasing

We can act as 'mystery shopper' in a broad variety of situations, to verify the activities levels of customer service provided by your staff. Where appropriate, covert video (hidden camera) and voice recording can be used to give you the most accurate feedback on how your company presents to its clients.

Undercover staff investigations

We are able to offer advice and services in this arena, often in conjunction with some of our other services.

On site drug screening/testing

Misuse of drugs by your staff can lead to poor productivity, increased absenteeism and even employee theft. We can provide screening for existing employees on a routine, random or 'with cause' basis by means of urinalysis or saliva sampling. This can also be used for candidates in conjunction with our other vetting services or as a 'stand-alone' service.

Counter-surveillance

In today's commercially competitive world, ideas can be valuable, and it is advisable to protect your business against unauthorised electronic surveillance. With specialist equipment we can attend your business premises and detect any listening devices or hidden cameras in offices, workshops, vehicles etc.

Property Repossessions

We provide a pre-repossession report including comments on occupation, use and condition of the property prior to repossession. We can, if required, make contact with occupants/mortgagees and offer them the opportunity for final negotiations. We undertake voluntary re-possessions, or can attend with your appointed bailiff. We can also provide a full inventory of items, report on the condition of the property, arrange for maintenance works if needed and liaise with selling agents on your behalf if required

Vehicle repossessions

We can undertake to collect a vehicle and deliver it to your chosen site, anywhere in the UK. Where the keys are not available or the vehicle is not driveable for any reason we will arrange contractors to do this.

Vehicle Tracking

We have facilities to track any vehicle and report its movements/whereabouts using GSM technology.

Vetting of an area prior to house purchase

Buying a house is a huge investment, and with that investment comes an element of risk. We can help you to make the right decision when buying a property by visiting the locality, during the daytimes, evenings and weekends and making appropriate enquiries.

We will the prepare for you a full report on the circumstances of the property and locality, including neighbour activities, local facilities (shops/parking/public transport etc.) traffic flow/noise/calming measures, anti-social behaviour /crime rates, potential for noise transmission/nuisance as well as any details specifically requested.

Retrieval of deleted text messages

If you have deleted that important text message (usually the one with the important number or address in it!) we can help. We have the equipment to retrieve it from your SIM card.

Missing persons enquiries

If you've lost contact with a family member or friend, we will do everything we can to find them for you. We have access to computerised electoral register databases and a wealth of investigative experience to help you.
